Why this happens
Both medicines have the side effect of lowering blood pressure. Bisoprolol is a beta-blocker designed to slow the heart and lower blood pressure, while aripiprazole can block certain receptors (alpha-1 adrenergic receptors) that help maintain blood pressure. When used together, these effects add up.
What you should do
