Why this happens
Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking enzymes that cause pain and inflammation. Fexofenadine is a non-drowsy antihistamine that blocks histamine receptors. These two drugs are processed by different pathways in the body and do not interfere with how the other is absorbed, broken down, or excreted.
