Why this happens

CBD oil is processed by the liver, while cod liver oil is a source of vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. They do not significantly interfere with how the other is absorbed or broken down. Both substances may slightly reduce blood clotting (antiplatelet effect), but this is rarely an issue unless taken in very large quantities or with other blood-thinning medications.

It is generally fine to take these together. However, if you are taking prescribed blood-thinning medication (like warfarin or aspirin) or have a scheduled surgery, you should inform your doctor before using both supplements. Always stick to the recommended dosages on the product labels.
