Why this happens

Duloxetine is a mild inhibitor of an enzyme in the liver called CYP2D6. While letrozole is mainly broken down by other enzymes, a small part of its metabolism involves pathways that duloxetine can interfere with, potentially leading to a slight rise in letrozole levels.
