There is no direct harmful interaction between lansoprazole and tramadol. Lansoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces gastric acid. While it can alter the absorption of pH-dependent drugs, tramadol absorption is not significantly affected. Both drugs are processed by the liver (CYP enzymes), but they do not significantly interfere with each other's metabolism.
