Why this happens

Pregabalin can cause dizziness and sleepiness as a side effect. Tadalafil works by relaxing blood vessels, which can lower blood pressure. When used together, these effects can add up, making you more likely to feel dizzy or unsteady, especially when standing up quickly.

It is usually fine to take these together, but you should be cautious. When starting this combination or increasing your dose, move slowly when getting out of bed or sitting up to avoid dizziness. If you feel very dizzy, faint, or experience a fast heartbeat, sit or lie down immediately and contact your doctor. Avoid alcohol, as it can make these side effects much worse.
