Why this happens

Red vine leaf extract (Vitis vinifera) and vitamin B12 (cobalamin) use different pathways for absorption and metabolism in the body. Red vine leaf extract contains flavonoids that primarily affect blood vessel health, while vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin involved in nerve function and red blood cell production. They do not interfere with each other's effectiveness or increase the risk of side effects.

You can continue to take both supplements as directed. As with any supplement, it is best to follow the dosage instructions on the packaging. If you experience any unusual symptoms, or if you have a pre-existing medical condition, it is always a good idea to mention your supplement routine to your doctor or pharmacist.
