Can I take Vitamin b12 and Zinc together?

Why this happens

Vitamin B12 and zinc use different pathways for absorption in the digestive tract and do not compete with each other. They also perform different roles in the body and do not interfere with how the other is processed or excreted.

You can safely take vitamin B12 and zinc at the same time. As with all supplements, it is best to follow the dosage instructions on the packaging or those provided by your healthcare professional. Taking zinc with food may help prevent stomach upset, which is a common side effect of zinc supplements.
